DTI Thailand Also Tests Wildcat 4x4 and 4x2 Tactical Vehicle

On Tuesday 27 December 2022 along with the handover of D-Lion 4x4 4x4 anti-mine and ambush armored vehicle DTI also handover 2 tactical vehicles to test and trial use, as seen above is Wildcat DWC4 4x4 (photos : DTI Thailand)

DTI delivered 4x4 wheeled armored vehicles (mine protection and ambush), 4x4 combat vehicles (reconnaissance), and 4x2 combat vehicles (reconnaissance) to the Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters by Counter-Terrorism Operations Center (CTOC) as a user unit used to test and trial use, with Gen. Chuchat Buakhao, Director of DTI, who delivered it to Lt. Gen. Somchai Malinan, Commander-in-Chief as recipient award at the International Center for Counter-Terrorism Operations.

The 1st D-Lion 4x4 Rubber Wheel Armour (Anti Bomb & Ambush) is a 4-wheel-drive armor vehicle capable of defending small-gun attacks, opposition bombing suppression, improvised explosive device (IED) throughout the vehicle. Combat Aids can operate in all terrain conditions, day and night, and has a modern military communication system.

The 2nd vehicle 4x4 (Patrol) (D-Wildcat : DWC4) is a tactical vehicle. It has agility in mobility. It can be used in a variety of ways such as combat, attack patrolling, surveillance, and it can move well on plain and terrain.

The 3rd 4x2 (Patrol) (D-Wildcat : DWC2) is a lightweight, agile, tactical vehicle, and, importantly, can be equipped with an anti-drone system and air defense system, or a communication device to assist with signal capture or prevent terrorism.

All 3 models of the research and development of the rubber wheel and combat aircraft have been developed to meet the user's needs, ready for importing into the standardized consideration process of the research project for military deployment and is accepted by users both domestic and international.
