The exclusive confirmation from MaxDefense Philippines indicates that the delivery was concluded in late 2022, marking a milestone for the country's defense capabilities.
The acquisition involved more than 1,000 quadcopter mini drones, which are part of the broader deal that includes other fixed-wing UAVs from Elbit Systems.
These UAVs will be integrated into the Philippine Army's Unmanned Aerial Systems Levels 1 to 3, a project falling under the Horizon 2 phase of the Revised Armed Forces of the Philippines Modernization Program (RAFPMP).
