Two of the four confirmed MBB Bo-105 helicopters in service with the Philippine Army's Army Aviation "Hiraya" Regiment are seen here departing the unit's base in Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija to proceed to Legazpi City in Albay province to assist in conducting aeromedical operations for the 9th Infantry Division.
MaxDefense Philippines received confirmation that the Philippine Army is still searching for additional Bo-105 helicopters as it builds up its rotary fleet with the type for training and aeromedical missions.
All 4 of the Philippine Army's existing Bo-105 helicopters were donated by different concerned private groups.
