At the moment, the Navy operates a mix of Western (324mm) and Soviet/Russian (406mm and 533mm) torpedoes.

Before the second pair of Gepards, Petyas are the main ASW platforms of VPN with 10 torpedo tubes and 2 RBU-6000 anti-submarine rocket launchers. Petyas also have 2 AK-726 twin 76mm turrets.
While the Navy favors missiles for anti-ship duty, it still maintains a fleet of torpedo boats in the 1st Zone where the geography provides excellent covers.
