According to a tweet from a Korean defense blogger, (@mason_8718): Officials from several countries has attended the test-firing of the KTSSM-II missile on the K239 Chunmoo-I Multiple Launch Rocket System unit.
And one of the observers in the missile launch are officials from the Philippines.
It seems that the AFP is now preparing for its list on the 3rd Horizon of the Revised AFP Modernization Program, specifically for its own Multiple Launch Rocket System acquisition.
