Rome (Agenzia Nova) - Elettronica is in keep contact with Fincantieri on the possibility of participating with the EW component (electronic warfare) in the supply of Fremm frigates to Indonesia.
This was stated by Paolo Izzo, chief sales officer of Elettronica, during the press conference organized to present the current market prospects at the end of 2021.
"The Fremm are now considered a point of reference on the international level: the campaign is going very well and they should have concluded the financing phases", he said, adding that he expects the contract for 2022.
