HTMS Rattanakosin (441) tested out the Aspide 2000 system with the Albratros, a new upgraded surface-to-air missile launcher, to be able to attack aircraft that come to attack ships, assists in air defense with an increased firing range.

This makes it possible to protect against all types of air threats in the distance than before increasing the ship's air defense capability.

HTMS Sukhothai (442) rehearse the torpedo firing plan with the MK 46 Rextorp (torpedo system rehearsal) to prepare for the ship's anti-submarine weapon system. Used for underwater protection, the test results are in order.

As a result, both ships of this series, although they have been used for more than 30 years, but are ready to fight in 3D, including air, surface, and underwater.

The Ratanakosin-class corvettes are a class of two corvettes (HTMS Rattanakosin and HTMS Sukothai) that were built for the Royal Thai Navy in the 1980s, constructed in the United States at  Tacoma Boatbuilding Company, Tacoma, Washington.
