Viettel Group has successfully exported three radar warning skies, early warning for the missile fire department of Laos.

According to the content, Viettel has successfully exported 3 radar 2D radars to the Laos market.

This event marked an important development in the field of modern air defense equipment, not only highly appreciated by the Ministry of Defense, but also trusted by Laos.

No specific type of radar has been exported, but at present, Viettel's 2D radar is VRS-2DM. This is a very low probability of being able to capture, designed to perform combat readiness, airspace management, and flight management.

Equipped with the VRS-2DM system to enhance the combat capability of the units, the skyline, early warning for the missile fire department for the Lao air defense.

The VRS-2DM is a low-level, low-altitude, low-level 2D radar for the national sky and provides information for anti-aircraft missile complexes.

In addition, the radar system can also provide information for anti-aircraft fire alarms ready to destroy flying targets, including low-flying targets, terrain.

It is known that before the export, Viettel has completed all the tests extremely strict with many different scenarios.

The Vietnam Air Force fighter jets were mobilized to practice high-order maritime squadrons in order to assume targets for Viettel's radar to catch, which would then measure tactical parameters. the most accurate and practical way.

The successful completion of the Ministry of Defense radar meter 1 is a strong support for the group ready to accept the second and third wave radars in June 5, 2017.

All three radars have achieved good results. Made-Viettel radars have been officially exported to Laos in January, 2017.
