Russia does not know what the U.S. wants, which hinders bilateral relations between the two countries, according to Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Aleksander Grushko.

President Donald Trump extended an offer to Russian President Vladimir Putin to visit the White House for a summit during a recent phone call, the Kremlin claimed.

“In our relations with the United States there is a great problem: We do not understand what our partners’ intentions are and what they would like to achieve,” Grushko said while on a panel at the Valdai Discussion Club think tank in Moscow, reported TASS, a Russian news agency.
