Special Counsel Robert Mueller's office is reportedly investigating a $150,000 donation made to Donald Trump's charity by a Ukrainian billionaire.
Victor Pinchuk paid the large donation in exchange for a 20-minute 'appearance' that Trump made via video to a conference for the oligarch's foundation in Kiev.
The donation was solicited by longtime Trump lawyer Michael Cohen, according to the New York Times.
