ISPR DG Major General Asif Ghafoor Bajwa talked about Pak-India terms in an interview with Gulf News
RAWALPINDI – Director General (DG) of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Asif Ghafoor Bajwa said on Sunday that peace between India and Pakistan is possible after resolution of decades-long Kashmir dispute.
In an interview with an international media outlet, ISPR DG Bajwa said that it is pertinent that all outstanding issues between the neighbouring arch-rivals including Kashmir issue is resolved.
He said that Pakistan Army eliminated all hideouts of terrorists within the country and operations were carried out against Haqqani network among all terror outfits. 75,000 Pakistanis rendered sacrifices of their lives in war on terror, he added.
The state bore a loss worth USD 123 billion.
Major General Bajwa said that peace between the two neighbours was possible after resolution of Kashmir dispute.
