Vietnam's greatest arsenal has just been revealed for the first time with the S-300 missile array with the Scud missile and many other missile types.

In a recent program broadcast by the Vietnam National Defense channel, Vietnam's arsenal with Scud and S-300 missiles was revealed for the first time.

The two types of S-300 air defense missiles and the Scud ballistic missiles of Vietnam are now considered the two most modern "national treasures" weapons in the service of our army.

As is known, Vietnam ordered the first S-300 missiles from Russia in 2008 with a total contract value of 300 million USD.

Initially, we ordered two S-300 PMU-1 missile complexes with a total of 12 launchers together with the RLS 96L6 radar system. By 2012, Vietnam continues to order more S-300 missile complex S-300 PMU-2 version.

Meanwhile, according to information pointed out by the Institute for Peace and International Studies, Vietnam has started to receive a number of missile launchers and dozens of Scud missile rounds since 1981.

The image of a Vietnamese cave with the name Scud and S-300-Hinh-6R-17E is the name of the missile missile in the 9K72E Elbrus export tactical ballistic missile complex. Even so, the West generally calls this entire system the same name as the Scud ballistic missile.

The R-17E missile has a total length of 11.25 meters, a body diameter of 0.88 meters and a maximum launch weight of 5.9 tons. The missile is powered by an Isayev RD-21 liquid fuel engine and has a navigation system with three gyroscopes, maximum eccentricity accuracy at a maximum range of about 450 meters.

With Vietnam armed with the Scud ballistic missile complex in hand, we have become the nation with the largest missile power in Southeast Asia.

In addition, the Scud ballistic missile can also carry chemical warheads.

The repair house was built exclusively for the Scud missile complex in Vietnam with an extremely unique design that helps raise the missile upright 90 degrees without the vehicle being launched.

The Vietnamese Scud strategic missile complex is ready to fight in all situations.
