Turkey's giant systems integrator, HAVELSAN has developed for the Malaysian Armed Forces AV8 8 × 8 Wheeled Armored Combat Vehicle has completed the installation of the simulator.
The 559 million dollar agreement covering the development and production of 257 8 × 8 Wheeled Armored Combat Vehicle (AV8) in 12 different configurations for the Malaysian Armed Forces, FNSS Savunma Sistemleri A.Ş. and on February 22, 2011 between Malaysia and its business partner DEFTECH.
In this context, the production of FNSS Savunma Sistemleri A.Ş. manufactured in Malaysia by 8 × 8 Wheeled Armored Combat Vehicle (AV8) HAVELSAN develops simulator in Turkey, it has taken an important export more signatures on behalf of our country. Having completed the installation of the AV8 simulator at the Kem Syed Sirajuddin military facility in Gemas, Malaysia, HAVELSAN continues its final integration activities for acceptance testing.
